This Refund Policy governs all donations and voluntary contributions made through the official donation platform of Uttar Pradesh Braj Teerth Vikas Parishad (UPBTVP). By proceeding with any payment on this platform, the donor expressly agrees to the terms set forth below.
All payments made through the UPBTVP website are treated as voluntary and unconditional donations made towards the development, maintenance, and promotion of activities and initiatives undertaken by Uttar Pradesh Braj Teerth Vikas Parishad.
Donations once successfully processed shall be considered final and irrevocable.
UPBTVP follows a strict No Refund Policy. Under no circumstances shall any donation be refunded, reversed, or canceled after successful processing.
Donors are strongly advised to verify all details, including the donation amount and payment information, before confirming the transaction.
In cases where the payment amount is debited from the donor’s account but the transaction appears unsuccessful on the website, the donor must contact their respective bank or payment service provider for resolution.
UPBTVP shall not be responsible for technical errors, network issues, payment gateway delays, banking system failures, or any other external disruptions beyond its direct control.
Initiating a chargeback, reversal request, or payment dispute after making a voluntary donation may result in appropriate action as permitted under applicable laws and regulations.
UPBTVP reserves the right to submit necessary transaction records and confirmations to the concerned financial institutions in response to such disputes.
By proceeding with a donation on the UPBTVP platform, the donor confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Refund Policy in full.
