These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the official donation platform of Uttar Pradesh Braj Teerth Vikas Parishad (UPBTVP). By accessing this platform and making a donation, you agree to be legally bound by the terms stated herein.

1. Eligibility

Any individual or entity legally competent to contract under applicable laws of India may make a donation through this platform. By proceeding with a donation, you confirm that you are legally authorized to do so.

2. Nature of Donations

All contributions made through this platform are voluntary donations made towards development works, maintenance, preservation, and initiatives undertaken by UPBTVP.

Donations once successfully processed are final and irrevocable and shall be governed by the Refund Policy of UPBTVP.

3. Payment Terms

• Donations must be made through authorized payment gateways available on the website.
• The donor is responsible for verifying the donation amount before confirming payment.
• UPBTVP shall not be liable for incorrect entries made by the donor.
• All transactions are subject to successful authorization by the respective bank or payment provider.

4. No Refund Policy

All donations are governed by the official Refund Policy of UPBTVP. Donations once processed shall not be refunded, reversed, or canceled under any circumstances.

5. Tax Benefits under Section 80G

Donations made to Uttar Pradesh Braj Teerth Vikas Parishad (UPBTVP) may be eligible for tax benefits under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961, subject to applicable rules and government approvals.

• Tax exemption shall be available only if UPBTVP holds valid 80G certification at the time of donation.
• Donors must provide accurate PAN and required details to claim tax benefits.
• The official receipt issued by UPBTVP shall serve as proof of donation.
• UPBTVP shall not be responsible if a donor is unable to claim tax benefits due to incorrect information provided.

Donors are advised to consult their tax advisor for clarification regarding eligibility and deduction limits.

6. Issuance of Receipt

Upon successful processing of the donation, an electronic receipt shall be generated and sent to the registered email address or made available for download.

7. User Responsibilities

• Ensure correctness of personal and payment details.
• Maintain confidentiality of OTP, passwords, and transaction credentials.
• Use the platform in compliance with applicable laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

UPBTVP shall not be liable for:

• Banking network failures or payment gateway disruptions.
• Unauthorized transactions resulting from donor negligence.
• Technical errors beyond reasonable operational control.

9. Modification of Terms

UPBTVP reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform shall constitute acceptance of revised terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Uttar Pradesh.
